Emerson Copeland Solenoid Valve 240RA12T9T
The Emerson 240RA solenoid valve is an electromechanical on/off valve typically used to shut off liquid and gaseous refrigerant lines.
Features:
Diaphragm-driven pilot-operated, normally closed; the 540RA series is also available in a normally open configuration
Liquid line R22 nominal cooling capacity range: 15.69–5.4 refrigeration tons (55.2–338 kW).
Pipe connection sizes: 5/8“, 7/8”, 1-1/8“, 1-3/8”, 1-5/8“, 2-1/8” ODF.
Extended pipe connections help prevent damage to the valve body caused by welding overheating.
Detachable design, available with mounting bolts or a manual adjustment lever
Maximum fluid temperature: 121°C
Maximum operating pressure: 500–300 psig (34.5 barg)
Maximum operating pressure differential (MOPD): 300 psi (20.7 bar)
Minimum operating pressure differential (MinOPD): 1 psi (0.07 bar)
UL/CUL certification serial number: MP604
