ZW Series Compressors for Heat Pumps

  Compared with the use of electric heaters or fuel boilers to heat hot water and indoor heating, Copeland Scroll™ ZW series compressors for heat pumps offer higher energy efficiency and are widely used in domestic hot water and home heating, as well as drying, plating and other industrial applications. Emerson has experience in manufacturing and applying 100 million scroll compressors, which have been widely recognized for their reliability and high efficiency.

  The Copeland Scroll™ ZW compressor for heat pumps uses Copeland™ EVI Scroll technology and a variety of new design features to create a strong heat core for heat pump systems. The EVI Scroll technology reliably extends the heating range of heat pumps and water heaters to ambient temperatures of -20°C and increases the heating capacity by about 40% and energy efficiency by 22%.

  The unique scroll disk and axial flexible design of Copeland Scroll™ ZW series compressors for heat pumps enable the ZW scroll compressor to have higher compression ratios and greater differential pressures, and can operate under a wider range of operating conditions than ordinary heat pump air conditioning compressors. Equipped with high efficiency and high power motors, the ZW compressors can meet the needs of heat pumps and water heaters in extreme conditions. zw compressors can be assembled into parallel compressor packages to meet the demand for greater heat production, and for this purpose, oil and gas balancing connections are set.
