Genuine U.S.Made PACKLESS VAF Series
The VAF shock-absorbing tube is designed for use in the suction and discharge lines of air conditioning and refrigeration compressor systems. It prevents violent vibrations caused by refrigerant entering the system piping after being discharged from the compressor, thereby avoiding damage to the system components.
VAF shock absorbers are constructed with high-purity, high-quality corrugated metal on the inside and covered with a layer of high-strength copper mesh on the surface. The tube and copper mesh are secured by two copper rings to form a geometric cylinder, and the double-ended connection points are made of high-temperature brazing material, further highlighting its superior performance.
Every VAF shock absorber undergoes pressure testing and high-precision mass spectrometry leak detection testing prior to production. Each VAF Paris vibration-damping pipe is cleaned, dried, and then sealed in packaging. (VAF Paris vibration-damping pipes are available in bulk or individually boxed.)
Installation Notes:
VAF Paris vibration-damping pipes should be installed as close to the compressor as possible. The connections between the refrigeration system’s piping and the VAF Paris vibration-damping pipes must be secure and positioned as far away from vibration sources as possible.
When installing VAF Paris shock-absorbing tubes, ensure sufficient space is provided to prevent the tubes from being squeezed or the welded joints from being subjected to tension, which could cause leaks.
Although VAF Paris shock-absorbing tubes contain high-temperature brazing material, during the connection process, the torch flame should be directed outward from the joint when welding.
