A1:Our company is mainly engaged in manufacturing Refrigeration Condenser,Air cooler,Evaporator,Liquid receiver as well as custom-made of various refrigeration parts.

Trading different brands of Refrigeration compressors,Condensing unit,HVAC control tools.

Q2.When can I get reply after inquiry ?

A2:You can receive our reply within 24 hours by emails,phone calls,social chatting tools.

Q3.Can I get a sample to check quality before bulk order?

A3: Yes, please contact us to confirm whether we have stock,Most of our products do not have MOQ require.

Q4.What is the Trade Term?

A4: We accept Ex-work factory , FOB ShenZhen,FOB Guangzhou,FOB NingBo or CIF as your requirement.

Q5.How long is our Production leading time?

A5: For small order, delivery within 3-7 days after receiving your payment if have stock.

Usually one container can finish within 10-15 days upon receiving deposit in normal season, 15- 25 days in our busy months.

Q6.What is the Payment term?

A6:Paypal, bank T/T , western union or L/C at sight all available for us, Bulk order 30% Deposit to start production ,70% balance before shipment.

Q7. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?

A7: We always pack goods well with standard export packing wooden case or pallet and choose good shipping agency to make sure goods safety.

If  there is a damage to your goods, shipping agency would be responsible .

If it is not a very serious problems,we will help&compensate you damaged parts.
