Product Description

Kriwan motor protection device internal INT 69 230V 22A461

Description

Up to nine PTC sensors according to DIN 44081, DIN 44082 can be connected to the measurement circuit input of the INT69, each with different rated trigger temperatures. It is therefore possible to monitor several measurement points with just one INT69 trigger device.

If the temperature in one of the monitored parts or sections reaches the specified trigger temperature of the PTC sensor, the resistance increases and the trigger device switches off.

The device automatically reactivates once the temperature has dropped back down.
The relay switch output is designed as an isolated switch contact. This circuit works on the closed current principle, i.e. the relay goes into its neutral position when there is a sensor or cable break and switches off.
Galvanic separation between sensor, relay and power supply circuits.

INT69 Motor protection relay

Motor protection based on PTC sensors represents one of the most effective and reliable protective measures against thermal overload of electrical machines. The protection device consists of the INT69 motor protector and the PTC sensors. Due to its compact design, the INT69 is suitable for installation in electrical devices or the terminal box of electrical machines.

Function of an INT69 motor protection relay

Depending on the device version, up to nine PTC sensors to DIN 44081, DIN 44082, also with different nominal response temperatures, can be connected to the measuring circuit input of an INT69 motor protection relay. It is therefore possible to monitor several measuring points with just one INT69 motor protector.

If the temperature in one of the parts or sections to be monitored reaches the nominal response temperature of the respective PTC sensor, the sensor becomes highly resistive, and the tripping device switches off.
